| use | cationic red 2GL is used for dyeing acrylic fiber, the color is not bright, it is mainly used for dyeing acrylic loose fiber, fiber strip and acrylic wool, it is also suitable for dyeing wool and viscose nitrile blended fabric, and it rarely stains wool and viscose. It can be used for dyeing diacetate fiber and acid modified polyester and direct printing of acrylic fiber, diacetate fiber and acid modified polyester fabric. It is often composed of three primary colors with cationic light yellow 2GL and cationic brilliant blue RL. The light to medium colors such as rice, coffee, camel and gray are dyed on acrylic wool blankets. It is also used for direct printing of acrylic wool blankets. for dyeing and printing of acrylic and blended fabrics. Staining in acetic acid-sodium acetate bath, pH should be between 4-6. It often forms three primary colors with cationic light yellow 7GL and brilliant blue RL, which are dyed light to medium color on acrylic wool blanket. Add 600L of water and 1.5t of ice into another reaction pot, then inhale the above diazotized materials, cool to 0-3 ℃, slowly add the prepared N-methyl -2-phenyl indole solution [prepared by 300L of water, 6kg of emulsifier OP, 69kg N-methyl -2-phenyl indole and 555kg of sulfuric acid (93%)], add it within 40-60min, and react to the end point. Then raise the temperature to 23 ℃ for filtration. Add 75L of water and the above-mentioned dye parent filter cake in the reaction pot, adjust the volume to 420L, add 27kg of magnesium oxide below 26 ℃, add 57kg of dimethyl sulfate below 15 ℃, react at 33-35 ℃ for 3 hours, raise the temperature to 90 ℃, adjust the volume to 2200L, filter at 60 ℃, salt out the filtrate, filter and dry to obtain the finished product. |
